Effective at platform launch
1. Acceptance
By using Vlyt, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
Vlyt is currently limited to verified Covenant University students, verified drivers, and invited staff.
3. Royal Rides pass
Royal Rides passes start at ₦7,000/week for 3 pickups or drop-offs. Unused rides roll over one week. Cancel anytime with no exit fee.
4. Payment
All payments settle to the driver directly, minus applicable Royal-pass service credit. Vlyt does not skim per-trip fees.
5. Driver terms
Drivers must maintain a valid license, verified vehicle papers, and a minimum 4.7★ rating for Royal-tier matches.
6. Prohibited conduct
Harassment, weapons, illegal cargo, or misuse of matric-number-linked accounts results in permanent removal.
7. Liability
Vlyt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid to Vlyt in the past 30 days.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email 14 days before taking effect.
